🧭 Context

At Rexel, Lean Management is deeply embedded in operational culture: safety rounds, improvement plans, suggestion forms, problem-solving… all essential practices for smooth logistics operations.

On the ground, however, tools weren’t keeping up. Each site managed Excel its own way, while delivery incident tracking relied on an outdated Microsoft system—clunky, disconnected, and little used.

Result: fragmented data, poor follow-up, limited team engagement. Rexel needed a single, flexible, modern, and scalable environment to unify all Lean initiatives.

Delivery incident tracking relied on an outdated SharePoint application: unintuitive, poorly integrated, and ultimately… hardly used.
