🧭 Context

Colart is an international group with 1,000 employees across 6 production sites: France, China, two in the UK, and two in the United States. A global leader in artists’ paints, the group launched a large-scale digital transformation with one clear requirement: no tool stacking.

From the start, Colart made a strategic decision to implement a single, modular platform capable of covering quality, safety, purchasing, logistics, and maintenance.

A specialized tool had previously been tested for continuous improvement but was deemed too limited. It was quickly replaced by Kostango.
